These rooms are rich in art and history.  The finely decorated ceilings, original paintings from various periods - from the Renaissance through to the 1800s - luxurious fabrics, distinguished furnishings, antiques - amongst which the collections of Capodimonte, Meissen, Kronenburg and Ginori porcelain stand out  - enhance the prestigious and elegant surroundings.

The Napoleon Room, decorated with furniture which had been custom made to welcome Napoleon Bonaparte to the Florentine mansion of the Counts of Montefiano, harks back to the glorious days of empire.
