The history of Grand Hotel Excelsior

Hotel Excelsior was established in 1927, at that time it was named Excelsior Palace Regina, it was bought by the Lazzerini family in 1954 and run by the same family ever since.

That is why nowadays our customers can rely on a hotel directly run by the experienced proprietors who pay particular attention to the needs of their customers, according to a tradition passed down from father to son.


Hotel Excelsior was enlarged in the sixties and it has improved its services year after year with the intention of satisfying its customers' desires until the most recent restyling completed in year 2002.
