4-star superior Grand Hotel Excelsior in Chianciano Terme is a historic hotel established in 1927 under the name Excelsior Palace Regina.
In 1954, Grand Hotel Excelsior was purchased by the Lazzerini family who, since then, has always ensured an accurate direct management of the hotel, in the name of refinement and family care.
The desire to maintain a strong management identity, to be handed down from father to son, has repeatedly pushed the owners to refuse the incorporation into large groups of hotel chains that would have standardized and uniformed the image and the very management of the hotel.
